Current Activities

IDC DB Expansion

The next phase of IDC development is actively underway, with priorities focused on scalable clinical data expansion, clinical relevance of ADA outcomes, and integration of nonclinical data types.

01

Automated Clinical Data Expansion

Development of automated data acquisition pipelines for ClinicalTrials.gov, the European Union Clinical Trials Registry, and additional public clinical data sources.

Goal: Expand dataset breadth while improving scalability and sustainability.

02

ADA Impact Data

Expansion of data related to the consequences of immunogenicity, including pharmacokinetic impacts, efficacy impacts, safety impacts, and neutralizing antibody outcomes.

Goal: Move beyond ADA frequency alone toward improved understanding of clinical relevance.

03

Nonclinical Data Integration

Development of database structures for preclinical immunogenicity information, with an initial focus on in vitro T cell antigenicity readouts and future expansions into MAPPs, DC uptake, pre-existing ADA, biophysical properties, and other related data types.

Goal: Enable integration of clinical and preclinical evidence within a shared framework.
